Quiet Space is operated by Earth Child Project Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 12597581). Our registered office is The Essex House Waterworks Close, Layer-De-La-Haye, Colchester, England, CO2 0EP.

Agreement

By creating an account on Quiet Space you agree to these terms. If they aren't quite the right fit for you, we'd rather you didn't sign up — and that's completely okay.

What Quiet Space is

Quiet Space is a self-help tool for parents and carers of neurodivergent children. It is not a medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or legal service. AI-generated guidance is informational only and does not replace advice from qualified professionals (clinicians, therapists, educators, solicitors). In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the content you enter. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Acceptable use

Please use Quiet Space respectfully — that means not harming others, not attempting to access other accounts, not scraping the service, and not abusing the AI features.

Subscriptions and payments

Free features remain free. Pro features require an active subscription, billed via our payment provider. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Liability

Quiet Space is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app.
