Who we are

Quiet Space ("we", "us") is a tool for parents and carers of neurodivergent children, operated by Earth Child Project Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 12597581). Our registered office is The Essex House Waterworks Close, Layer-De-La-Haye, Colchester, England, CO2 0EP. We take your family's privacy seriously and only collect what we need to provide the service.

What we collect

• Account data: email address and display name.
• Child data you enter: child name/initials, behaviour logs, schedules, sensory profile, social stories, EHCP/IEP content.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (errors, request times) to keep the service running.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to power the features inside your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your child's data to train AI models. AI features (chat, social stories, EHCP helper) send the relevant prompt to a third-party AI provider for processing in real time only.

Storage and security

Data is stored in an encrypted database with row-level security so only you can access your records. We use industry-standard TLS in transit.

Your rights

You can view, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings. To delete your account entirely, contact us at hello@quiet-space.ai.

Children

Quiet Space is for parents and carers — accounts are held by adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 16.
